What is Hot Lunch & How Does It Work?
Hot Lunch is a weekly program where families can pre-order lunch for their child, which is delivered directly to their classroom on Fridays. Throughout the year, a variety of options are available from local vendors, including items such as pizza, sandwiches, sushi, snacks, and drinks. To order now or sign-up, click here.

At the start of each school year, volunteers set up the vendor schedule and ordering system for the first half of the year. Ordering typically opens in late September or early October. A second ordering window opens in December, allowing families to place orders for lunches from January through the end of the school year.

Orders are placed online through the Munchalunch system (see below), and must be submitted by 11:59pm Thursday one week before the lunch date. Hot Lunch is also one of PALS’ largest annual fundraisers, helping support programs that benefit Larson students throughout the year.

Volunteers Make Hot Lunch Possible
Hot Lunch is run entirely by volunteers - we’re always looking for parents to help with:
• Setting up vendors and menus in the online system at the start of each term
• Helping distribute lunches at Larson on Friday mornings
